New York City commercial real estate continues to be hot with the the recent sale of a Brooklyn apartment building for $76 million. The Kestrel apartment building is located in Brooklyn's Windsor Terrace was bought for $25 million as a foreclosure just over a year ago according to, Investor Triples Money on Sale of Windsor Terrace rental.
Looks like a great 'flip' in just over a year for Sam Boymelgreen.
